Simplified ordering

Place your order by phone, e-mail or via our website, at your convenience.

For large projects, we'll visit you on site to help you find the right solution.

And we'll give you all the advice you need to make the right choice.

Step 2

Water coolers installation

A team of Aqua Vital-certified technicians install, connect and commission water coolers and network fountains.

If necessary, we can adapt your existing installation so that the equipment can be connected. We can also put you in touch with our partners in the building, plumbing and electrical trades for more complex projects.

Step 3

Water Supply

Your bottle supply is planned according to your consumption, estimated at the start of our collaboration, then adjusted if necessary.

So you don't need to place an order: deliveries are made on time, as and when you need them. You'll never be short of a drop of water.

Equipped with PDAs, our delivery drivers collect your signature electronically: no more scattered paper vouchers, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail.

Planning a large-scale event? You can place an additional order by phone or online.

Step 4

Maintenance & troubleshooting

Maintenance is carried out once or twice a year by our Aqua Vital-approved technicians, according to a maintenance procedure set up in collaboration with the manufacturers.

Have you had a breakdown? To ensure continuity of service, we repair the equipment on site, or provide you with a replacement machine.
